A rental contract comes with a minimum term of 18 months. After that period of time you have the option to carry on with the same product complete with the breakdown cover, upgrade to a new product or return it at no extra cost.

Our hire purchase contracts are over 104 weeks (or 52 weeks on limited products) and are covered by the manufacturer warranty only. When the contract ends, the payments stop and the product is yours.

Delivery is included on all products. Installation is also included for Rental of televisions and kitchen appliances

We do not cover accidental damage. We cover breakdown on all rental products for the duration of the contract. A hire purchase contract has a manufacturer warranty.

There are no extra charges.

Our cash prices on hire purchase products are benchmarked where possible against 3 other retail companies to offer a competitive price.

You can pay weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or monthly by standing order, continuous payment authority (payments taken by card) or you can pay cash to your agent.

Your first payment for a rental product is on delivery. Payment for a hire purchase product is due the week after delivery.

Nearly new products on a hire purchase agreement have breakdown cover for 6 months. All rental products are covered for the duration of the contract.
