It’s a stress-free way of getting your purchase into your home, set up, and looked after in the long run – and it’s included with every one of our products.
Delivery
Getting your product home is easy – delivery is included as part of The Works in the weekly payment.
Delivery is arranged for a day to suit you and is usually within seven days of placing your order.
What does The Works include?
- Unlimited repairs if your product breaks
- Like-for-like replacement if we can’t fix it
Just so you know, there are some terms and conditions to this service.

For your peace of mind, your product is covered by The Works.
Unlimited Repairs
In addition to your statutory rights, The Works – covers your product for unlimited repairs and like-for-like replacement.
Lasting Cover
Your product is covered by The Works for the duration of your Higher Purchase Agreement.
Exclusions
The Works does not cover the following…
- Products no longer in your possession
- Products damaged in malicious acts, such as wilful neglect or intentional damage
- Products that have not been used carefully in compliance with manufacturer’s instructions
Replacements
If we can’t repair your item, we’ll offer you a like-for-like replacement within the time of your agreement.
Your replacement will be the same – or better – specification than your original purchase.

Whatever you buy from Rent2Buy, we’ll make getting it home as easy as pie.
It’s Included
Delivery is included in the price of your product as part of our quality service – The Works.
Fast Delivery
You won’t have to wait long to get your hands on your new product. We can usually deliver within one week of you placing your order, providing the product is available in store or in our warehouse.
You Choose The Day
You can choose a delivery day to suit you – we deliver Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. And we’ll even call you when we’re on our way.
